thanks nelson. i wrote it when i was bitching (to myself) about someone else, and then realized it was actually my own fault for not creating a more loving environment. so yea, it's my reminder and now my mantra. funny how miraculously that situation turned right around, too. :)

good one megan...the main purpose for a mantra is to have an object for the mind to hold on to and not wonder around.
to fix the mind on the idea of creating more love is...AWESOME! :)
